The staff were genuinely helpful. Erdi provided a nice upgrade to a spacious suite, greatly appreciated. They worked hard to ensure my comfort. I found this attentiveness quite beneficial .
The noise insulation was not ideal. I could hear sounds from both the hallway and outside, a bit disruptive. This made it difficult to fully relax at times.

The hotel room was clean and well-kept. Breakfast included a wide range of local foods (I especially enjoyed the pastries). The staff was approachable and helpful. Its location is a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street.
The pool is smaller than it appears in photos.

The reception staff were very responsive to requests and questions, and they were always available to offer assistance (this made navigating the area much easier). Housekeeping responded quickly when I requested extra towels.

The location was decent. It was fairly close to Taksim Square.
The room was not what I expected, and the staff seemed disinterested in resolving issues. I had to call multiple times for basic requests. This was frustrating.
